House of Alejandro Tola Pareja (Heritage)

The building in which operates the Consulate of Monaco was built in the XX century, between the years 1916 and 1918 by Venezuelan engineer Francisco Manrique, as a family house that originally belonged to Alejandro Tola Pareja.

The house has preserved the architectural tradition of the Guayaquil of that time of wide portals. The three-story building has balconies and windows of art nouveau lines, and the interiors reveal the space criteria of considerable skill of its builder.

9 de Octubre Avenue #514 and Escobedo Avenue.
