Amador Restaurant

35 years ago, Amador Rivera (+) opened a seafood place that became an icon within the gastronomy of Guayaquil. Currently, his step-nephew, Yolanda Cruz, is the one in charge of the business, and her specialties are the sopa marinera and the guatita.

There are another delicacies such as the cazuela de pescado (seafood covered with plantain puree and baked in a clay saucepan), ceviches and the traditional fanesca, dish that is made with 12 grains and is eaten during Easter.
