This small traditional restaurant started working over 15 years ago, and its signature dish is La guatita.
Its owners are the spouses Jorge Jara and Ruddy Ozaetta and they personally attend the customers. For this they have loyal clients that visit them on a regular basis.
The owners owe their success to their homemade cooking style with which they prepare dishes like lengua guisada (cow’s tongue dish).
