The place serves the encebollado, traditional fish soup, with a twist; the owner is Angelica Cuillan, who also prepares the dishes.
The main ingredients are fish, cassava and the spices that give the dish a unique flavor. All the ingredients are natural.
The restaurant is located in Aguirre Street, between Esmeraldas y Mascote streets. The business started as a small kiosk to be later extended to the restaurant of today. For its quality, tradition and flavor, was one of the 30 restaurants that participated in the Raices International Gastronomic Fair where the place was awarded with the Golden Culinary Star.
Another famous dish is the fish bollo for its delicious seasoning, which are sold mainly from Fridays to Sundays. The main ingredients use for the preparation of this stuffed roll is fish, green plantain dough and peanuts; the plate is served wrapped in a plantain leaf, which preserves the aroma and flavor.
