Chef Oscar Jordan is a man that loves cooking and in his restaurant Gran Arrecife he prepares delicious creations.
One of his main dishes is the ceviche blanco, which contains pickling fish, octopus and cooked churros (snails). The dish is served with a delicious guacamole sauce and chifles (sliced fried plantains) or if the customers prefer a portion of rice is also offered.
Jordan began with his business seven years ago, he decided to improve his cooking skills by studying in the School of Chefs of Guayaquil, and afterwards he travelled to Argentina. He is a natural cook and since he was a kid he helped her mother and grandmother to prepare food in the countryside.
