The San Marino Shopping Center was inaugurated on July 25 of 2003. North American professionals along with architects of Guayaquil and Quito conceived the architecture of the commercial center within the new concept in design called “Life Style Center”. The structure highlights the old Guayaquil with all its representative monuments; from its façade a replica of the domes of th churches can be appreciated.
San Marino has a construction of 90,000 square meters that offers over two hundred brands that are sold in different stores like clothing, home articles, electronic games, optical stores, pharmacies, makeup, and perfumes, among others.
The fashion stores and collection articles are located in the first floor; exclusive French, North American and Colombian brands with the last season outfits. The food court is located in the second floor, which has a capacity for 800 people; ten movie theatres and clothing stores as well as sports stores of national and international brands.
It has a parking lot with a capacity for 1,500 vehicles.
