The pork ribs are the star dish of this restaurant, which opened its doors three years ago in P.Ycaza and General Cordova streets.
The owner, Nicolas Calle Andrade, was born in Quito but he moved to Guayaquil looking for a better future. Currently, he has three restaurants that serve the unique ribs, which have a preparation process of four hours.
The seasoning and flavor have turned this hueca in one of the most famous in Guayaquil; the place is also recognized by its famous empanadas (stuffed pastry).
